WAS THIS A FIXED FIGHT?

Pacquiao was comfortably dominating rounds in the early going, and the judges had that right in the first four rounds. A lot of times in boxing, a judge will give a round to the guy getting beat up when he does better than previous rounds, not necessarily win the round, but better compared to what he was doing. It’s not right, but it’s how it is. The only way I can see Bradley winning that many rounds is if the judges were scoring the rounds he won from that precedent.

Pacquiao vs Bradley: Live results and round-by-round fight updates, blogThe only rounds all the judges agreed Bradley won were rounds 7, 9, and 10. While he clearly fought better in those rounds than the rest of the fight, the argument can still be made that Pacquiao was still too sharp and too strong with his punches to give those rounds to Bradley.
The rounds that Pacquiao won on all three cards, rounds 3, 4 and 6, he clearly dominated Bradley and could not miss with the straight left hand.

The other six rounds, I along with most of the boxing public would agree that Pacquiao was dictating the action and doing pretty much everything he wanted in there. The only difference was Bradley was on the retreat, making himself a harder target for the booming straight left.

My conclusion was this fight was definatly a fixed fight! Even though Paquiao was dominating Bradley the entire fight the judges came the conclusion in the favour of Bradley. Paquiao demands a rematch with the undefeated bradley which may take place in november.
